the work continues at the House that Convoy Built

The team at GJ Gardner Homes have managed to coordinate trades to keep work going during the latest Covid-19 restrictions, as it nears completion.

Last week

• Charles from Raather Neat completed the carpentry fit off
• Shaw Landscapes continued with the landscaping
• Choices Flooring South Nowra laid the carpet
• Phil Jones completed the ceiling Insulation. Insulation was supplied by Fletchers Insulation
• Michael Fasone completed all external concrete including the concrete stairs
• Garth from GPS Concrete Pumping provided the pump
• Concrete was supplied by Cleary Bros
• All tapware and bathroom fixtures were supplied by Harvey Norman Commercial
• Foran Plumbing completed the plumbing fit off
• Glenn from Wollongong Wetseal was onsite waterproofing the balcony
• Sector Group completed the preliminary clean
• Driveway is underway thanks to Noel and the team from Albion Park Landscape Supplies
• Water tank was delivered to site thanks to Kingspan
• Kurvalee Projects completed the eaves
• All feature lights and fans were donated by Beacon Lighting Shellharbour

This week

• Michael from Avoca Maintenance and Caulking will be onsite to do the internal and external silicones
• Albion Park Landscapes will continue with the driveway
• THYNK will complete the tiling
