- Jervis Bay Air Conditioning completed the air conditioning fit off
- Dale from D&C Cross has completed the internal timber screen and it has been installed
- Window furnishings have been installed thanks to Bayside Blinds
- C&P Painting are on site completing the external painting
- Quite Astir are onsite finishing off the internal painting
- Jared from Frameless Glass Products has installed the mirrors and glass balsutrades
- Electrical fit off complete thanks to John McEwan Electrical
- Flyscreens have been installed by Dolphin Screens
- SecurIT has set up the Google Home System
- Shoalhaven Solar has completed the installation of the solar system
- ACB has removed the temporary fence

- Peter from Epoxy It will be applying the epoxy coating to the garage floor
- Epoxy floor materials have been donated by South Coast Decorative Concrete Supplies
- New Image Kitchens will return to complete the joinery
- Armitage Security will complete the alarm system
- JDG Bricklaying will be on site to complete the front entry bricks
- Sectar Group will carry out the final clean
- Shaw Landscapes will continue
- Darren from Coastbound Flooring will seal and coat the alfresco deck
- Perrys Fencing to meet on site for fence measure up.
